Question 1

How many advisor questions can I try before signing up?

Accepted Answer

You can ask five advisor questions free before signing up. Your fifth answer is returned first; once that turn is complete, the current chat flow sends you to sign-up. After creating your account, finish or skip the farm setup step and the flow continues to current plan selection at /pricing. Choose a current plan to keep asking questions.

Question 2

Can the advisor confirm a crop diagnosis or pesticide choice?

Accepted Answer

The advisor can help with crop scouting, but it cannot confirm a crop diagnosis or verify pesticide approval, product choice, rate, or interval. Those depend on the crop, target, site, and current local label. Do not use a pesticide based on an unconfirmed identification. If treatment may be needed or the problem is spreading quickly, check with a suitably qualified local agronomist or crop adviser before acting.

Question 3

What should I do if an animal is unwell?

Accepted Answer

Field & Barn cannot diagnose animal illness or recommend medicines. Contact your veterinarian for an assessment. Seek emergency veterinary help now for trouble breathing, collapse, severe bleeding, inability to stand, suspected poisoning, or a difficult birth.

Question 4

Do I have to give feedback on an advice reply?

Accepted Answer

No. On an eligible signed-in farm advice reply, feedback is optional: choose “Yes, it helped” or “No, not yet”, or leave it unanswered and keep chatting. A submitted response is saved with that advice in the farm’s history and may inform later guidance for that farm.
